ABOUT MLD

Lead designers Amy Snow and Mallory Baird have over 17 years experience in the home design industry. We have worked for leading local residential home builders in addition to various design firms and home decor & furniture boutiques. Coworkers first, but quickly friends, Amy and Mallory bonded over the drive to provide an unsurpassable experience for each of their clients.

As individuals, we could not be more different from one another but together we offer the perfect balance of innovation and expertise.  Amy is very thoughtful and always full of creative ideas on where we can go. Mallory is the driving force that can always find a way to bring those thoughts and ideas to life. These traits combined with our love of all things design result in endless possibilities when putting together customized design concepts for each of our clients.

We like to divide and conquer the components of our projects, each of us working on tasks that tailor to our personal strengths allowing us to focus on what we do best.  Then we come together for the big decisions on the overall design concept, budget and final selections. We are able to bounce ideas off of each other throughout the design process, having two completely different designer brains ensures we cover all bases and outcomes allowing us to create a customized design plan for each of our clients.
