SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Free shipping on orders over $ 500.00 to anywhere in Canada excluding Nunavut. Residents of Nunavut please contact us at info@modelluxedesigns.com with your order to confirm shipping rates.
We ship all smaller decor items (cushions, throws, planters, decor & shower curtains) Canada wide from Calgary, Alberta. Excludes small & large furniture items (tables, stools & upholstered beds) which are only available to residents of Calgary & surrounding areas (Airdrie, Bragg Creek, Chestermere, Cochrane, Langdon & Okotoks). Should you be interested in purchasing a furniture item and you reside outside of Calgary & surrounding areas but within Canada please contact us at info@modelluxedesigns.com to obtain a shipping quote.
Please ensure to have your package shipped to a secure location where it can be received or left safely. We are not responsible for packages once they are shipped to the requested address.

All in stock boutique items excluding beds can be delivered within 3 business days and delivery within Calgary and surrounding areas (Airdrie, Bragg Creek, Chestermere, Cochrane, Langdon & Okotoks) is complimentary. With coupon code YYCFREE we offer a contactless delivery in which we will text you when your order is placed outside your front door.
Deliveries available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 10am – 6pm. Please specify your preferred 2 hour window at time of check out in the notes section and you will receive a confirmation of your window via email. Delivery times are not guaranteed. At time of delivery you will receive a notification via text confirming your order has been dropped off. No deliveries will be available on statutory holidays.
All other areas in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan (orders under $ 500.00).
All in stock boutique items that weigh 2 lbs or less will be shipped via Canada Post and can be delivered in approximately 4 business days for a flat fee of $25.00 + applicable taxes.
All in stock boutique items that weigh more than 2 lbs excluding medium and larger furniture items (beds, stumps & aerial tables / anything over 35 lbs) will be shipped via Canada Post and can be delivered in approximately 4 business days for a flat fee of $35.00 + applicable taxes. A signature may be required at time of delivery.
Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, Northwest Territories, Yukon Territories (orders under $ 500.00).

Furniture Shipping (All upholstered beds, tables & stools)
At this time we are unable to offer standardized shipping rates for furniture items if you reside outside of Calgary & surrounding areas. Should you be interested in purchasing a furniture item and you reside outside of Calgary & surrounding areas but within Canada please contact us at info@modelluxedesigns.com to obtain a shipping quote.
Calgary Local & Surrounding Areas
All in stock beds can be picked up within 7 business days from a SW Calgary address. White glove delivery & assembly or drop shipping is also available upon request for an additional fee. White glove delivery will include delivery, set up & removal of all packaging. Drop shipping will include delivering the bed (in boxes) to your doorstep. Following your purchase, you will receive an email within 2 business days from the date of order to schedule your pick up time or with the requested delivery quote.
RETURNS:
Model Luxe Designs does not accept refunds, returns or exchanges. All of our custom products are made and sourced with love and we want you to love your new home décor. If there is an issue with your order please email us at info@modelluxedesigns.com or call us at 403.470.2969 within 72 hours of receipt and we will do our best to rectify it for you. We do offer free swatches on all custom products and highly recommend ordering swatches to ensure the perfect look and fit.
PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover using Square at checkout. Apple and Google pay are also available at checkout. At this time we are unable to accept credit card payments from billing addresses outside of Canada.
SALES TAX & EXEMPTION:
We collect sales tax where we are required to by law, and as such the amount will vary depending on your ship to postal code. Any applicable taxes will be clearly shown at checkout.
For our customers with tax-exempt status, please place your order on our website. When you receive your order confirmation email, please email us at info@modelluxedesigns.com with a photocopy/photo of your relevant certificates, forms and/or ID cards. You will receive confirmation if approved followed by a refund for the applicable taxes.
